要求兩法蘭結(jié)合面必須保證其平直度，無飄扭現(xiàn)象。加強(qiáng)板和法蘭應(yīng)盡量在整塊鋼板上切割而不拼接。法蘭和蓋板上加工有密封圈，在施工中要特別注意保護(hù)。密封用3mm厚石棉橡膠墊片，不允許有折裂。安裝人孔蓋板上緊螺栓時(shí)，要成對(duì)角均與用力，以防孔蓋變形。
